Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. New Client Exam & Surgery Deposit

Kaibab Veterinary Clinic requires a deposit from new clients when scheduling an exam or when scheduling a *surgery (*surgery deposit required for both new and existing clients). The deposit is refundable with 24 hours cancellation notice. The deposit will be deducted from your invoice at time of payment. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
